I have a Masters in creative writing. I write short stories, poetry as well as articles for magazines and journals. I am currently working on my first novel. My idea for this part of the website is to add chapters of the book here. The excerpts from the novel can hopefully be enjoyed as short stories in their own right, while I work to continue to create and complete the finished project. It is turning out to be a bit of a labour of love. There will therefore be slow but sure progress of content in this part of the site, while I expand on the visual art, which seems to be unfolding in a fast and furious way at this time. There is definitely an urgency in terms of my painting, a flurry of activity, which is presently not unfolding in the same way with my writing.
